  • Users can organize instructional classes, poster presentations, group session and talks at the Parkscape. This includes mini-performance such as music, board games etc.
  • Booking requests are only accepted from SUTD student, staff and faculty members.
  • Requests are processed on a first-requested, first-served basis.
  • Bookings must be submitted at least 5 working days before the date of the event and up to a maximum of 3 months in advance.
  • Separate request needs to be made to IT help for projectors, screens and audio system to be used at Parkscape.
  • Attendees should respect the No Food and Drinks policy of the Libraries.
  • The Library reserves the right to decline any booking request.
